About
Black Phantoms didn't start as a business plan.
It started with one player, a bench and a habit of taking things apart. Airsoft tech, custom builds, gear, content and community — built by players, in San Antonio.
Why now
San Antonio airsoft is changing.
The local scene has lost longtime indoor places where players gathered, competed and found the sport in the first place. Those closures are a real loss to the community.
For Black Phantoms, that was not a reason to disappear. It was a reason to build.
So we are starting with what we already do — tech, builds, content, competition and community — and building from there.

The work that pays for this is the work on the bench: repairs, upgrades and custom builds, plus the gear and the content around them. That is the business today, and it is the part we are asking people to judge us on.
What it could become is larger — a team worth representing, products of our own, bigger events, and eventually somewhere to play. Project Phantom is where we are exploring that last part, in the open, with the community.
None of it is promised. All of it is being worked on.
