Community standards
Same principle as the team: standards, not numbers. A server where bad advice goes unchallenged is worse than no server.
Help before you flex
Somebody asking a basic question is the point of the server. Answer it properly or leave it to someone who will.
No gatekeeping
Everyone was new. Budget setups are welcome, and so are the people running them.
Keep advice honest
If you are not sure, say so. Confident wrong answers cost people money and break equipment.
No unsafe advice
No encouraging anyone to exceed a field limit, remove required markings, or skip eye protection.
Respect the field
Disagreements about a marshal call get resolved with the field, not in the server.
Keep it legal
No sales that breach local law, no advice on how to get around it.
