Tell us what it is doing, not what to replace
Describe what you see, hear and feel when it fails. Guessing at the part sends us down the wrong road, and the wrong part costs you money.

Send a photo or a short video
If it makes a noise, record it with the sound on. If you can see the problem, a photo is enough. A few seconds of the real thing beats a paragraph describing it.

Tell us your field velocity limit
If you play somewhere with a hard limit, say so up front. It changes the parts we recommend.
