  • They tell you before, not after

    Drove in from out of town so I cared about the timeline. Got an update at every stage, including the one where a part was back-ordered, which I heard about before the date rather than after it. Turnaround landed exactly where they said it would. That is the whole reason I will use them again.

  • Found what two shops missed

    My Hi-Capa stopped locking back and kept short-stroking. Two places told me to just replace the whole blowback unit. These guys found a worn valve and a hop-up that was not sealing, sent me photos of both, and the invoice came in at the number on the estimate. Shoots more consistently now than the day I got it.

  • Honest even when it cost them

    Sent in a pistol expecting a big bill. They came back and said the internals were fine and it needed a clean and a new recoil spring, then charged me for exactly that. Easiest decision to send them the next one.

  • Built to my field limit, not a parts list

    I told them what my field caps at and what I wanted the gun to do. Instead of selling me a shopping list they came back with what they would change and why, and talked me out of one part I had asked for. It arrived with the chrono numbers written down. Nobody has ever handed me that before.

  • Hop-up work made the difference

    Was ready to buy a new gun because I could not hold a group past twenty yards. They matched a bucking and nub to the barrel, fixed the air seal, and it is a different pistol. Cost me a fraction of what I was about to spend. They explained every change instead of just handing it back.
