A custom airsoft build being assembled at the bench
BP Tech · Custom Builds

A build specified around how you actually play.

Built around your role, your field limit and your budget. You approve the full build sheet before a single part is ordered.
Build process

Eight stages, documented.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We start with how you actually play. Role, ranges, field rules, what has frustrated you about previous guns, and what you are working with for a budget.

  2. 02

    Requirements written down

Your requirements become a written brief: target velocity, expected engagement distance, weight tolerance, battery and connector preference, and any hard constraints.

  3. 03

    Platform selection

The base platform is chosen for the requirements, not the other way around. Sometimes that means a different receiver than you first had in mind, and we will explain why.

  4. 04

    Build sheet and costs

You get an itemized build sheet: every component, why it is there, and what it costs. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

  5. 05

    Deposit and parts order

A deposit secures the parts order. Deposit terms are stated in writing before anything is charged.

  6. 06

    Build

Assembly with correct shimming, verified air seal, strain-relieved wiring and documented component placement. Progress is logged on your ticket.

  7. 07

    Test and chronograph

Function testing, a chronograph string for consistency rather than a single peak reading, and a grouping check. The numbers go on the record.

  8. 08

    Handover

Balance settled, then local pickup or shipped with tracking. You get the build sheet and the test data with it.

Custom Builds

Start with a conversation, not a cart.

Submit a request describing how you play and what you need the gun to do. The consultation is where the build gets designed.
